I recommend mark. Powder Buff Natural Skin Foundation. It's very light and can be applied with the sponge that comes with it for a full coverage look or a powder brush for a sheer look. It's an oil free pressed powder foundation and costs $8. I also recommend mark. Matte-nificent. It's an oil absorbing powder and helps to reduce shine - also costs $8.
Try mineral powder, like i.d. bare minerals. It goes on like a powder but covers up just as good as a concealer and foundation, and covers up oiliness.
